1. Agreement
By engaging, purchasing, booking, or participating in any service, consultation, assessment, workshop, audit, strategy session, project, or package offered by Mia Marketing Agency ("Mia Marketing", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging our services.
2. Scope of Services
Mia Marketing Agency provides experiential marketing strategy, experience design, consulting, advisory services, workshops, audits, assessments, and related marketing services.
Our services are intended to provide strategic guidance, recommendations, creative direction, and professional expertise. Any recommendations, strategies, opinions, or insights provided are for informational and business purposes only.
Mia Marketing does not provide legal, financial, taxation, accounting, investment, or psychological advice. Clients should seek independent professional advice where required.
The Client remains solely responsible for any business decisions, actions, implementation, investments, or outcomes arising from the use of our services.
3. Strategy Sessions, Consultations & Service Packages
All sessions, consultations, audits, and service packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
Where no specific timeframe is provided:
Single sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.
Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Unused sessions or services may expire after the applicable period and will not be refunded.
Extensions may be granted at Mia Marketing's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services.
Participate in a timely manner throughout the project or engagement.
Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
Be responsible for implementing recommendations and strategies provided.
Delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines and delivery dates.
5. Discovery Calls & Assessments
Complimentary discovery calls, assessments, audits, scorecards, and strategic reviews are provided for informational purposes only.
Completion of an assessment or participation in a discovery call does not create an ongoing client relationship and does not constitute professional advice.
Any recommendations provided are general in nature and based solely on the information supplied by the participant.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Consultations, workshops, and strategy sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be charged in full and deducted from any purchased package.
To reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact details listed on our website.
7. No-Show Policy
If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered and charged in full.
No refund, replacement session, or credit will be provided for missed appointments.
8. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be outlined in the relevant proposal, invoice, service agreement, or checkout page.
Mia Marketing reserves the right to suspend or withhold services until outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting, advisory, strategy, and professional services, all purchases are final.
Refunds are not provided for:
Completed services.
Partially completed projects.
Unused sessions within a package.
Change of mind.
Business outcomes that do not meet a Client's expectations.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, templates, reports, audits, assessments, presentations, recommendations, concepts, and intellectual property created or provided by Mia Marketing remain the exclusive property of Mia Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-transferable licence to use materials provided solely for their own internal business purposes.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, shared, or repurposed without prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Mia Marketing will treat all information shared by Clients as confidential and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials provided by Mia Marketing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mia Marketing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:
The use of our services.
Reliance on recommendations or advice provided.
Business decisions made by the Client.
Delays, interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances affecting project delivery.
All services are provided on a best-efforts basis and specific outcomes, results, revenue, sales, engagement levels, or return on investment cannot be guaranteed.
13. Website Use & Third-Party Platforms
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, software platforms, scheduling tools, assessment tools, forms, or external services.
Mia Marketing is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website, assessments, forms, consultations, or service engagements will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By providing your information, you consent to Mia Marketing contacting you regarding your assessment results, enquiries, services, resources, and relevant marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
15. Amendments
Mia Marketing reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
