Drawing on my senior experience across events, marketing, customer experience, partnerships and business development, I’ve helped organisations engage communities, build relationships and create experiences that matter. Along the way, I recognised a growing gap: brands are investing in experiences without always having the strategic support to turn them into meaningful and measurable outcomes.
